We are “participating providers” for all major insurances including, but not limited to, the following: Delta Dental, Metlife, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Humana.

We offer simple convenient payment plans for most treatments without having to go through the hassle of credit checks.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

We are always excited to meet new patients, so during your first appointment, we will ask you a few questions to get to know you and your needs. You can download and print New Patient Forms so you can fill them out before your visit. We want to make your visit as comfortable and easy as possible, so you can rest assured that your first visit is free from anxiety and uncertainty. If you have any questions, feel free to call ahead so that we may put your mind at ease.
